Closing shops and all that, during prayer time, was a big headache when in Saudi. But after being in the UK for 2 years, I realize how small things like closing for prayer, is a lot more convenient. Although I disagree on why they have to close for such a long time.

Have a great time in Saudi!HishMajhttp://www.driedpages.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4635857896611424579.post-76044945835009338602010-06-29T11:55:43.444-04:002010-06-29T11:55:43.444-04:00Honestly you opened my eyes to things I took for g...Honestly you opened my eyes to things I took for granted..
interesting post =)Hananhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17882667525783606504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4635857896611424579.post-5946225680024738432010-06-29T06:00:19.147-04:002010-06-29T06:00:19.147-04:00ajiblak ma39oob, t36eeni the baby? yes? yes? fair ...ajiblak ma39oob, t36eeni the baby? yes? yes? fair trade!Soumahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08103845013546481256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4635857896611424579.post-16649448157305137642010-06-28T07:42:32.441-04:002010-06-28T07:42:32.441-04:00Chiara,there is family section available in those ...Chiara,there is family section available in those resturants, dont worry :)
i hope u will find more positive experiences around :)

Qusay, yup, the traffic is heavy, but that is because of over population in certain areas..remain though, during off hours take a trip and u will know what i mean.

Souma,bikam?Dentographerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08435507833547145633noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4635857896611424579.post-51650562864606172902010-06-27T19:02:10.224-04:002010-06-27T19:02:10.224-04:00Enjoy your time at home, there are always pluses a...Enjoy your time at home, there are always pluses and minuses everywhere... but I do not think anyone could disagree with your list :) Well except for the traffic, it is horrendous.Qusayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17454828529676549418noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4635857896611424579.post-68168643521847208482010-06-27T15:52:03.913-04:002010-06-27T15:52:03.913-04:00FAYIZ! I was particularly interested in the early morning activity, at least for a traditional breakfast, as one complaint on the Saudi themed blogs is that the whole country sleeps until noon. Good news for an early bird like myself, although I suspect I would have more trouble finding women's breakfast spots open that early but maybe not.

I'd be interested in what other Saudis experience like this on return.Chiarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13180585636556782803noreply@blogger.com
